General Motors luxury brand revealed the new long-wheelbase 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV model that is based on the popular SUVs Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon. Pre-orders have just started and according to the manufacturer, deliveries are scheduled to begin later this year.

Like the short-wheelbase Escalade, the new ESV underpinnings the same platform as the Chevy Suburban and GMC Yukon XL. Cadillac said that the upcoming model would be much bigger and it will increase space inside by 18.1% over the previous generation. So a regular Escalade just isn’t big enough for you? There is always an alternative, the bigger brother 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV. The new model is more significant and meaner. First thing first, ESV borrows underpinnings from the Chevy Suburban and GMC Yukon XL, which makes it very unique. The whole architecture is robust and can take very potent engines.

Like the short-wheelbase Escalade, which was revealed in February, the upcoming ESV features the same 38-inch curved OLED display that contains three elements. With that, we mean that it contents a 7.2-inch touchscreen, a 14.2-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 16.9-inch touchscreen that controls all main functions. This setup is available on the standard model as well.

There will be plenty of modifications, and buyers can replace GM’s Magnetic Ride Control and an adaptive air suspension.

Pricing for the 2021 Cadillac Escalade starts at $77,490 for the regular short-wheelbase model. However, going up for Escalade ESV that is a much more prominent alternative, the price will jump to $80,490.
