The brand-new three-row 2024 Lexus TX is going to arrive officially next year, and it should be larger than the RX L. The new SUV will be very stylish to appeal to the American market, and we can expect a very attractive design. From the information that we got, the upcoming TX will be based on the popular Toyota Grand Highlander, which means it will be seating for up to eight.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we don’t have much information about the new SUV but we heard that it could be available at least with one hybrid and PHEV powertrain options.
2024 Lexus TX Design
As we mentioned, the new 2024 Lexus TX will be based on the Toyota Grand Highlander, sharing the same platform and size. The exact dimensions are still unknown but it could get pretty close to 120 inches, which should allow more passengers space inside.
On the other hand, the styling of this flagship will follow the brand’s latest design language. So, we presume that the front end will be very similar to the new RX. Anyway, expect a front-end design with a massive grille, and very attractive headlights, as well as wheels.

2024 Lexus TX Engine Specs
It is speculated that the new 2024 Lexus TX could be powered by three new powertrains. The first one that should power the TX 350, will use a combustion engine, while the more powerful TX 500, probably be a hybrid one.
Besides, we also expect TX 550h+, which could use a plug-in hybrid. According to some early reports, the electric portion of the plug-in hybrid should have enough battery capacity to cover the average daily U.S. commute. Unfortunately, we don’t know what type of transmission will be used.
2024 Lexus TX Release Date, Price
Depending upon the situation of Covid-19, the 2024 Lexus TX could arrive in 2023 as a 2024 model. As we said, the upcoming SUV will be the larger in the Lexus lineup. From some reports, it will be even larger than the RX L.
As for the base price, we’re expecting the most affordable TX model to be around $55,000, while TX 550h+ with PHEV system at $65,000. In the same category are many German SUVs, and we cannot wait to see how this SUV will be able to handle them.
