2023 Lexus RX 350: What to Expect?

The Lexus RX 350 is a midsize luxury SUV that has a great reputation thanks to its attractive design and cabin with quality materials. Like the previous model, the new 2023 Lexus RX 350 will come with the same roomy cabin that can fit five passangers or even seven with the optional third-row of seats.

For 2023, the fans of this amazing SUV can also get many amenities on the upper trims, which should make this SUV look more premium. Thanks to all these fine attributes above, the RX models are one of the best-selling luxury SUVs today. Moreover, we’re quite sure that the next RX is finally ready to keep up with rivals such as the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Lincoln Aviator, and Genesis GV80.

2023 Lexus RX 350 Redesign

The new 2023 Lexus RX 350 will include a better-looking exterior compared to its predecessor. As we saw from the renderings, the forthcoming model will get a new grille, better aerodynamics, and a dark titanium hue.

On top of that, the rear end is more attractive, and the RX 350 now comes with a stylish taillight. We’re expecting to see more better off-road capabilities, and higher ground clearance to allow the mountains run as well as better traction on rough terrain.

Cabin Changes

The 2023 Lexus RX 350 will also receive some refreshments inside. As far as we know, the aging design will be replaced with more luxurious features to keep up with other models in the segment. That means we can expect reconfigured rear seats and new chrome accents. As the current generation, the new Lexus RX 350 should also include the latest technologies like Lexus Safety System+2.0, Blind Spot Monitor, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Pre-Collision System with pedestrian detection, and Lane Departure Alert.

We’re also expecting to see a new infotainment system similar to the one we saw on the LX 600 model. To sum up, this gorgeous model is available with many amenities that show off its luxury in ways that haven’t been seen before in this class.

2023 Lexus RX 350 Engine Specs

Considering the current RX is available with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 295 horsepower, we’re expecting to see some changes to the 2023 model’s powertrains. Based on some rumors, Lexus could offer the RX 350 with the same standard turbocharged four-cylinder engine, like the ones we saw on the NX model.

However, the Hybrid setup will continue to be only available with the RX450h featuring a 3.5-liter V6 engine and three electric motors. Thanks to that, the hybrid model develops a combined output of 308 horsepower. A CVT is standard with the RX Hybrid, while an eight-speed automatic transmission is available on the base model.
