The famous German carmaker BMW is planning to redesign its whole line of vehicle and add more electrifying models. Moreover, the new electric 2021 BMW iX3 is a great example. BMW definitively late on the show because Audi, Jaguar, and Tesla have already released electric SUVs and made models very competitive. However, there is plenty of excitement about this announcement.
By the way, the new electric version looks futuristic and compact. On top of that, its range is 440 km or 270 miles thanks to powerful electric motor and battery.
2021 BMW iX3 Test Mule Caught
The newest 2021 BMW iX3 is caught testing and we have some exclusive images. At first glance, the upcoming model looks almost the same as the X3 variant. As we can see, some of the body parts are covered with camo. Also, we must mention that two more models i4 and the iNEXT are also spied alongside the new iX3.
Moreover, the iX3 looks excellent thanks to blue accents that are all over the body. Trademark BMW i Blue accents extend along with the side skirts from the kidney grille, rear diffuser, and also rear apron. Also, the manufacturer reveals that there will be a couple of body paints, including Moonstone Silver Matte finish shown.
There is only one spy image available of the cabin. At first glance, we can expect an upscale cabin and the latest techs. Basically, the new iX3 may borrow some cues from the X3 model. So, we are likely to see the same design cues on display, including the dash-top touchscreen and digital gauges.
We can expect only top-notch safety equipment in 2021 BMW iX3. However, there is still no official words on what safety features will be standard. From a reliable source, the new model will be available with the same features as the current X3.
This model offers an excellent safety package. There will be an automatic emergency braking system, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise, and more, to come standard.

The all-electric version 2021 BMW iX3 has been built on a stable platform. Thanks to that, the manufacturer will place an electric motor that will produce 286 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. According to the officials, this model will use the popular BMWs system xDrive.
On top of that, and primarily thanks to the 74 kWh battery pack this model can go with a fully charged battery around 440 km or around 270 miles.
