The upcoming model 2019 Lexus RX 350 will continue to dominate in the midsize-luxury-SUV segment with its attractive design and luxurious interior. This year model as the previous one will be available in two versions. The first one comes with 2-row seats RX 350 and the second one is longer version RX 350L with 3-row of seats.

Both versions will be good looking and under the hood, we will see two engine options, variants with 295 HP and 290 HP. However, the 350L version will be able to accumulate up to seven passengers. The Lexus manufacturer will also offer RX F Sport package that comes with more aggressive appearance.

The R350 L 3-row model is 4.3 inches longer than a model with two rows. The front and the back of the SUV looks attractive with new LED light system and there are some chrome elements around the grill and exhaust system. The interior of the 2019 Lexus RX 350 keeps well-equipped cabin like in the previous model. The standard model comes with many new and updated features. This will include comfortable seats with 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, power tailgate, dual-zone climate control, rain-sensing wipers and power-adjustable steering wheel among others.

For the infotainment system, the standard version will get an 8-inch screen that is paired with an amazing audio system connected to the 9-speaker, USB, Bluetooth, Micro SD card and Siri Eyes Free for Apple iPhones. Also, in this year model, we will get Apple CarPlay and Android Auto that is not been included in the previous model. The optional equipped will include leather seating with the option to heated/ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, tailgate touch-free. There is also a bigger 12.3-inch screen and better Mark Levinson audio system that includes 15 speakers.

The rear seats of the 2019 Lexus RX 350 will get an entertainment system with dual screen, Panoramic View and there is also 360-degree view camera on the offer. The version that took all attractiveness is the 2019 Lexus RX 350 F sport package. This package will give sportier driving experience with a great and attractive appearance. It will also get a sport-tuned suspension and larger 20-inch wheels that are painted in black color.

Furthermore, we can also see that there is a blacked-out C-pillar behind its rear windows that gives roof very stylish look. The F sports models will be offered with front-wheel drive system as standard and there is all-wheel drive as optional.

2019 Lexus RX 350 engine will provide great fuel economy

Under the hood of the 2019 Lexus RX 350 lying two engine variants. The buyers who choose the standard version of this SUV will get 3.5-liter V6 that will deliver 295 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque at 4,700 rpm. This engine will run the best on the regular 87-octane unleaded gasoline. It will be offered with FWD system as standard or AWD as optional.

However, models like RX 450h and RX 450hL will get only AWD system. Fuel economy of RX 350 is well rated, and it gives EPA city/highway fuel economy of 20/27 mpg for the front wheel drive system and 19/26 mpg for the model with all-wheel drive.

The next one sits under the hood of larger version RX 350L. This model will use the same engine of 3.5-liter V6, but it has slightly less power 290 horsepower. The torque is also the same 267 lb-ft of torque at 4,700 rpm. However, the fuel economy is changed and now it is in city/highway 19/26 mpg for the FWD and 18/25 mpg for the AWD system.

The models RX 450h and RX450hL remain to be the most efficient in the class. These two engine comes with 3.5-liter V6 with a battery-electric powertrain of 123-kW that delivers a total output of 308 horsepower at 247 lb-ft of torque. The engine under the hood of the model RX 450h gives EPA city/highway fuel economy of 31/28 mpg with the AWD system. However, the longer version RX 450hL gives in city/highway fuel economy of 29/28 mpg. Both engines are only available with the all-wheel-drive system. All models in the RX line will be able to maximum tow 3,500 pounds.

The 2019 Lexus RX 350 is not cheap SUV. The base version with the FWD system will cost $45,000. However, if one chooses a model with all-wheel drive system he must add $1,400 to the price above. Also, the F Sport model price starts at $50,000. The long version Lexus RX 350L with 3-row begins at $48,500. This price is $3000 less than model RX 450hL hybrid that starts at $51,500.

We expect 2019 Lexus RX 350 to debut sometime in 2019. With the base price, the new model will rivals 3-row models Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5, Lincoln MKX, Volvo XC60, Cadillac XT5 and Infiniti QX50.
