The 2024 Nissan Rogue will continue with the upgrades. However, this model will not receive a major upgrade yet. In case you didn’t know, Rogue introduced a new generation in 2020, providing a new bolder look, refreshed interior, and much more. Because of that, redesign is still not on the cards. Anyway, Nissan will deliver a couple of minor updates, both in and out.
On the other hand, one dramatic change is reportedly on the way. We are talking about a hybrid powertrain option. It will be a familiar ePower hybrid system, but this is not official yet. This compact SUV will continue to rival models such as Ford Escape and Toyota RAV4. If you are looking for a practical and reliable SUV with room for five, Rogue might be the answer.
Nissan Rogue Facelift
The 2024 Nissan Rogue will introduce a couple of modest visual updates As a result, the next model should feature a familiar look based on the brand’s most recent design language. It appears to be fairly decent, and the only improvements we could anticipate are minor cosmetic upgrades, new exterior colors, and new packages.
However, some things under the skin will change. This SUV is built on an upgraded CMF chassis and feels more enjoyable to drive than the previous model. The handling has improved, so we expect a much better ride quality.
The interior layout will largely remain, which is not a surprise at all. Even at the lower trim levels, the materials are very beautiful. There’s also a plethora of tech and convenience amenities to make this SUV feel even posher. Tech-wise, this crossover SUV offers regular stuff such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, a four-speaker audio system, and numerous USB ports.
However, upper trim levels will provide a larger infotainment touchscreen, a 10-speaker Bose sound system, a digital gauge cluster, leather seats, and a panoramic sunroof. The next model will provide a couple of updates, and you should count on additional safety upgrades.
Engine Specs and Rumors
Under the hood, this model is available with various powertrain options. The hybrid powertrain is on the way, which is the most significant upgrade. Thanks to that, the 2024 Nissan Rogue will provide more power and improved fuel efficiency. From what we heard, it will be the same hybrid system currently available in the X-Trail variant. It is a well-known Nissan ePower hybrid setup.
The gas engine and electric motor combination will provide around 215 horsepower and 245 lb-ft of torque. That is more than enough for this small crossover SUV. On top of that, a 1.5-liter gas engine will remain, providing 200 hp and more than solid fuel economy ratings. Still, we are waiting for the official confirmation.
2024 Nissan Rogue Price and Release Date
The price of the new 2024 Nissan Rogue will start at around $28,000. This model will hit the markets later in 2023, probably this fall. Hopefully, Nissan will deliver more details in the coming weeks, including confirmation of the rumored hybrid variant.
