The new SUV member 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Plug-In Hybrid has been just revealed. According to the latest numbers, it’s one of the most potent Jeep Wrangler ever made.
Thanks to the combined turbocharged 2.0-litre engine and two electric motors, (one 44-hp starter-generator, and a second 134-hp unit paired with eight-speed automatic transmission), the new 4xe produces a fantastic output of 375 hp. According to the manufacturer, this year upgrades also includes skid plates, tow hooks, and up to 30 inches of water fording.

The upcoming 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is the new plug-in hybrid SUV that uses a powerful system. This model comes with a 2.0-litre turbo-4, 17.3-kWh lithium-ion battery, and two electric motors. Together they produce 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque.
From what we heard, the new model will deliver up to 25 miles of all-electric range without sacrificing off-road ability. Compared to any other Wrangler model, this one is the most powerful so far. Like the current model that uses turbo-4, the 4xe powertrain comes exclusively with an 8-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel-drive system.

According to various gossips, the new 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Plug-In Hybrid will go on sale early next year. The plug-in hybrid will be available only in four-door variants and in trims limited, Rubicon and Sahara.
However, Jeep didn’t release any numbers of how much 4xe will cost. Generally, we think that it could cost around $8000 more than the regular one that starts at $29,790. Overall, 4xe Plug-In Hybrid is the most potent Wrangler so far, after all.
