The new 2024 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid will arrive next year with a major update compared to the standard model. Porsche hasn’t released any official information for the upcoming Cayenne, but recent spy photos reveal a face-lift and a few updates to the interior.
Judging by the first spy shots, the design of the new SUV is more aggressive and the hybrid variant is getting some high-tech upgrades as well. Unlike the standard model that uses a 335-horsepower 3.0-liter turbocharged V6, the optional hybrid is paired with an electric motor that bumps power to 455 horsepower. According to Porsche, the PHEV version can travel approximately 17 miles on electric power.

The new 2024 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid is the SUV that will stand out from the rest of the model’s thanks to many upgrades. First of all, the spied model boasts a striking appearance and impressive performance. Unlike the base model, the hybrid one comes with a few tweaks mostly visible upfront. The grille of the hybrid model is modified and it looks more attractive.
Also, the headlights are the same shape, but with different graphics. We must mention, that the E-Hybrid is one of the rarest models that comes with a charging port placed behind, as we saw on the gasoline one.

The interior of the 2024 Porsche Cayenne is premium and modern. Also, there is no shortage of seating space compared to the standard model. There’s generous headroom and legroom in the first and second rows, and the back seats are a bit cramped for adults. Anyway, the seats are supportive and very comfortable with top-notch materials. As standard, the new model includes a massive screen that’s highly customizable and user-friendly.
Also, the list of basic features is longer than ever including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration. As the base model, the hybrid one will also get the same driver assistance tech features like adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, head-up display, surround-view camera, night vision assist, and remote parking assist.
How Many Miles Can a Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid Travel?
The new 2024 Porsche Cayenne will be available with a few engine options. Basically, the same 335-horsepower 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 will once again serve as the entry-level engine. The Cayenne S is also available and it uses twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 and the optional twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8. The Cayenne Turbo stretches upward 541 horsepower.
You can also get an optional hybrid powertrain that bumps around 455 horsepower. This version is the most fuel-efficient and it can also travel approximately 17 miles on electric power, too.
Is it Worth Buying a Porsche Cayenne?
The answer is yes. The 2024 Porsche Cayenne entry-level that is powered by a 335-horsepower turbocharged V6 has a starting price of about $70,000. This is the most affordable Cayenne model. However, the performance-ready S trim starts at around $87,000 using a more powerful twin-turbo V6. Opting for the PHEV model you must prepare around $84,000.
The most expensive is a Turbo GT with approximately $181,000. Like before, the Porsche Cayenne will continue its rivalry with the Audi Q8, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Maserati Levante, BMW X5, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus.
