The famous Germans carmaker just revealed a refreshed model 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. After the positive feedback about the new VW Golf Mk8, the manufacturer decided to update the whole lineup of SUVs and hatchbacks.
Whatsoever, the new model looks attractive and we can see many similarities with its Atlas Cross Sport sibling. Moreover, the R-Line trim will dominate once more with a different bumper design, side skirts, and wheel designs. 2021 Volkswagen Atlas Redesign
Like the previous model, the new 2021 Volkswagen Atlas will provide a stylish and recognized look. Dimensionally, the 2021 model will be longer than before. Thanks to new bumpers, Atlas is nearly 3 inches (7.62 centimeters) longer than the model from before the update.
The front of this SUV will get the most of the changes. Furthermore, the manufacturer will use a revised grille that features a three-bar design and it connects to tweaked headlights. The same design is present on the Atlas Cross Sport model. On top of that, the rear will also be refreshed and the manufacturer resculpts its taillights. R-Line model is still designed catchy thanks to the more stylish bumper design, side skirts, and wheel designs.

2021 Volkswagen Atlas Powertrain Specs
The new 2021 Volkswagen Atlas is the mid-size SUV that is built on a powerful platform. Officially, this model will be available with a few engine configurations. The first engine that powers base model will be powerful, it`s a turbocharged four-cylinder that will be able to deliver 235-horsepower (175-kilowatt).
The next one is V6 powertrain that produces 276-hp (206 kW). Moreover, both versions will be available with an eight-speed automatic as the only gearbox option. On top of that, both ones will use the all-wheel drive as standard.
