The high-performance 2021 Skoda Kodiaq RS has been spied testing alongside the standard model in Austria. At first glance, the seven-seat SUV is preparing for a subtle mid-cycle update. Like the standard Karoq, the Kodiaq RS has been camouflage at the front and rear. We can see that it is bathed in a new bright shade red color that looks good on it.
From the information that we got, the upcoming model will come with slightly revised bumpers and updated lights. Besides, the new model will retain its 2.0-liter Biturbo diesel engine that currently produces a 237 hp and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. As we mentioned, the spy shots of the all-new high-performance 2021 Skoda Kodiaq RS are finally available. This model has been spied testing for the first time alongside the standard one. Firstly, we noticed that RS is painted in new bright shade red color, while front and rear ends are totally camouflaged.
Interestingly, the RS features split matrix LED headlight design and familiar grille. However, the prototype that is spied doesn’t have has intakes on the outer edges as we see on many high-performance models. Generally, we can expect that the final model will feature small black intakes and intake surrounds. On the back, it’s hard to spot any changes through the camouflage. Overall, the Kodiaq RS is the big SUV that looks more attractive than the standard one.
Speculations About Interior Design
Unfortunately, photographers didn’t snap any image inside the newest 2021 Skoda Kodiaq RS. However, definitively it won’t be different too much from the standard model. So, don’t expect a revolutionary interior design. However, because this model is a high-performance sporty SUV, comfort will be at a high level.
