The upcoming 2023 Nissan Ariya is a stylish family hauler that will go on sale in the U.S. this fall. Nissan’s first all-electric crossover will join the Leaf hatchback in the showroom, providing up to 300 miles of driving range. The Ariya’s design is attractive, and it comes with sharp, angular lines, as we saw on many Nissan’s vehicles.
Thanks to its low and wide stance, the new SUV looks sportier than the Rogue model. From information that’s available, the Ariya will be available with two different battery sizes. There will be a model to choose with either a 63.0-kWh battery, or a larger 87.0-kWh pack, which is optional.

Like the Leaf hatchback, the forthcoming 2023 Nissan Ariya comes with front-wheel drive as standard. However, if you’re looking for more pep, the more powerful all-wheel drive Ariya is available as well, and it comes with a larger battery and more powerful electric motor. Nissan says the Venture+ is the pinnacle on offer with up to 300 miles of driving range per charge.
The Evolve+ and Premiere models will be available also, and both offer up to 285 miles per charge. Finally, top-spec Platinum+ should deliver around 265 miles. Interestingly, the new Ariya is capable of charging at home on 110- or 240-volt outlets or to a public charging station and even DC fast-charging ports.
