The new 2023 Lexus LX 600 will reportedly debut this year, and it will be based on the Toyota Land Cruiser model. Like its twin brother LX 570, the forthcoming LX 600 will look boxy, featuring attractive design and a very comfortable interior as well.
However, unlike the LX 570 that uses naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V8, the forthcoming SUV will come with a new V6 engine, connected to a hybrid system. This means we can expect more power and much better fuel economy ratings. In case you didn’t know, the all-new LX 600 will replace the outgoing LX 570 at the top of the Lexus SUV lineup as a new flagship.
2023 Lexus LX 600 Design
Like other LX models, the upcoming 2023 Lexus LX 600 will have the same blocky styling. By the way, it looks modern thanks to a front fascia that’s wearing a famous spindle grille with a larger “L” emblem in the center. The F Sport variant is one of the most favorite options because it will significantly change the appearance of this SUV. This model comes with a blacked-out grille and larger 22-inch wheels.
Also, it features the company’s new Torsen limited-slip differential and damper adjustment. Lexus claims that unlike the LX 570 model, the LX 600 comes with an improved Multi-Terrain Select system. Moreover, it also has several drive modes and off-road functions available as well.
Spacious and Luxury Interior
Inside, the all-new 2023 Lexus LX 600 looks very modern. We can for sure say that it has undoubtedly better interior than the rest of the LX lineup. On top of that, it will be available in a variety of seating configurations. With the base model, you’ll get a two-row configuration with five seats, while the upper trim levels should add more roomy three-row configuration for seven seats.
In terms of technology, this SUV will feature a new digital instrument display and a large single central touchscreen. Basically, you can get a 12.3-inch infotainment on models above, while a 7-inch screen comes as standard.
2023 Lexus LX 600 Outperforms the LX 570
The 2023 Lexus LX 600 is the upcoming SUV that will have only one engine choice under the hood. According to many reports, the forthcoming flagship SUV will be powered by a proven twin-turbocharged 3.4-liter V6 engine that should deliver around 410 horsepower and 480 lb-ft-feet of torque.
As you can see, the new engine outperforms the current naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V8, that’s under the hood of the LX 570 model. We also anticipate that it will be more fuel-efficient, and Lexus announced that it will be connected to a new ten-speed automatic transmission as standard.
How Much Will the New 2023 Lexus LX 600 Cost?
The price of the new flagship Lexus LX 600 SUV will reportedly start at $86,900, plus a $1,345 destination fee. Compared to its sibling LX 570, that’s $320 more. However, the Premium model is $95,000, while the Luxury starts at $103,000.
The most expensive is Ultra Luxury model with a price of $126,000. As far as we know, the new Lexus L 600 should debut later this year, as a 2023YM.
