The family-oriented 2021 Dodge Durango SRT SUV is coming to the market. Dodge’s muscular portfolio is growing and Durango SRT could become the most potent SUV on the market.
According to the manufacturer, the new model will be powered by the famous supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi engine. As you probably know, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is right now the most powerful SUV that produces 707 horses. However, the next Durango SRT will overtake that by three horses and it provides a total of 710 horsepower. Orders for the Hellcat Durango will open this fall and we can expect the first deliveries in early 2021.

Dodge says that the suspension has been revised and customers can expect more comfort.
The side profile of 2021 Dodge Durango SRT reveals the new stylish 20-inch “lights out” wheels included on the black package. On top of that, Brembo six-piston calipers are visible as well as the 295-section width Pirelli all-season tires.

From many testings, Durango Hellcat can run from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5-second and it can hit a top speed of 180 mph. Compared to the non-SRT model time is 0.9 seconds quicker. A new eight-speed automatic transmission will handle all the shifting. Like the regular model, Hellcat can pull 8,700 pounds.
Release Date and Cost
The new 2021 Dodge Durango SRT will be refreshed. This model will basically provide a more attractive design and even more standard features than the base Durango.
Order books open this fall, and we can expect the new Durango SRT to arrive in dealerships early in 2021. According to Dodge, the new SRT will start at $65,000.
