New SYNC3 infotainment system is available and it adds an 8-inch touchscreen.

Three available engines are under the hood of the new 2019 Ford Everest. There will be no changes in the engine department which means the same three drivetrains are in the offer. The 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine comes as a standard engine choice. This four-cylinder unit is producing 240 horses and 270 lb-ft of torque. Optionally, you can opt for a 3.2-liter five-cylinder output. The 200 horsepower doesn’t sound like an improvement, but 340 lb-ft of torque should satisfy all your needs.
Moreover, the optional engine offers better fuel economy than the standard one. The third option is the diesel engine. A 2.2-liter four-cylinder diesel unit delivers the best fuel economy numbers. However, output numbers may disappoint you. This engine delivers 150 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of twists. All three engines will use a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both rear-wheel and all-wheel-drive configuration are available.
Trim Levels
As we already wrote, the 2019 Ford Everest will be available in three different trim levels. The Ambiente trim is basically the base model with the SYNC3 system, navigation, keyless entry and push-button start as standard. Moreover, it adds power-folding exterior mirrors and a 10-speaker audio system. Pretty much the basic stuff. However, moving to the Trend trim level will bring you some top-notch amenities. A power tailgate is standard, along with the leather upholstery and more safety equipment.

The price of the 2019 Ford Everest starts at around $44,000. The Trend models are priced at over $50,000 and Titanium models will surely cost around $60,000, maybe even more. This SUV will hit the dealerships by the end of the year.
